 Cafe Schnibbe is situated on the popular shopping street in Bad Lauterberg. It is an ideal stop for a fresh cooked breakfast, light lunch snacks, lunch and dinner and of course coffee and cake. All cakes are home made and fresh. The coffee is even rosted in their own coffee rostery, which is just opposite the cafe. Do go in and try out their freshly grounded coffee. The smell of coffee is so intense and rich. The owner will ground the coffee on request and if you wish, make it your own aroma. During the week you can watch the rosting process from 11am - 12.30pm If you like chocolate you are in the right place. You can find a selection of different variations like cranberry-almond, white chocolate with dates or pistatio, chilli, strawberrys and cream and many more. All are home made.
